Something about me

Mandy Fletling is originally from Germany. At the age of 19, she decided to leave Germany to pursue a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Tourism and Languages, in Barcelona. Since 1999, she has been a permanent resident of Spain and has been living in Mallorca since 2003. During this time, she worked for a total of seven years at a renowned real estate office in the southwest of the island. Before becoming self-employed, she took an extended break in Mexico to immerse herself in yoga and meditation. Upon her return in 2012, she founded her own real estate office called 'Living Blue Mallorca' with her husband, Claudio Martínez. With the right mix of heart, competence, and intellect, along with a highly motivated international team, they managed to develop the company into the regional market leader in just a few years. Today, Living Blue Mallorca proudly boasts five offices, including in the idyllic locations of Alaró, Santa Maria del Camí, and Port de Sóller, and since 2023, also in Palma and Campos.
