The historic estate dates back to the 16th century and consists of a three-storey main house, an annex house and several outbuildings, including an oil mill and various storerooms. The residential buildings are located in a U-shape around a beautiful courtyard with a well. There are a total of 10 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the finca is in need of updating.

Binissalem, a village with a beautiful historic centre, full of mansions, most of them built between the XVII and XX centuries, was one of the richest regions, thanks to its wine tradition.
