My name is John van Eenennaam. I was born in Holland and moved to Mallorca in 1991. My 34 years on Mallorca have given me the chance to get to know the island very well and to build up a large network of useful contacts. After 13 years as a Sales and Export Manager in the leather and shoe industry, which gave me the opportunity to learn working with people from many different countries and diverse cultures, I started in 2005 as a sales advisor in the luxury real estate business at one of the most prestigious agencies. I became the Office Manager of one of the most important offices on the island; Puerto Portals.   In 2012 I started as a Franchise Partner with another big real estate agency, and I successfully built up the shop for the areas of Portals and Santa Ponsa. Since 2018 I am a Franchise Partner for the same areas with John Taylor. During these 20 years in real estate in the Southwest of Mallorca I have acquired a thorough knowledge of properties in the area, and I have been involved in close to 400 deals to a total value of about 500 million €. I am fluent in German, English, Spanish and Dutch.   The keywords of my business philosophy are; respect, honesty, transparency and reliability. I try to build up trustworthy and long-term relationships with my clients based on a professional attitude, full dedication, efficiency and thorough market knowledge in order to find you the right buyer for your home in Mallorca, to achieve the best possible price and to make the selling process of your property a satisfactory experience. As one of the founding members of the association for real estate agencies ABINI I am on the board of directors and my company is duly registered at the official registry of real estate agencies of the Balearic Islands.
